If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to offer a seamless experience. Below are the terms and conditions for returns and refunds, in line with Google Shopping policies:


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.


Return Process

  • Send a request to support@premiumgiftaustralia.com.au
  • Once accepted, you will receive a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.
  • Drop off the package with the indicated carrier


Return labels are included in the package. No need to print anything.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Return Methods

  • Returns are accepted via mail.

  • If your return is due to a defective or faulty product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Faulty Items: We cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Change of Mind: We will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Restocking Fee
We don't change any restocking fee.

Important Notes

  • Change of Delivery Address or Product Variants: Once an item has been shipped, we cannot accommodate changes to the delivery address or product variant.
