Return & Refund Policy

At Premium Gift Australia, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to offer a seamless experience. Below are the terms and conditions for returns and refunds, in line with Google Shopping policies:


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.


Return Process

  • Once accepted, you will receive aย prepaid return label and shipping instructions.
  • Drop off the package with the indicated carrier


Return labels are included inย the package. No need to print anything.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

1. Return Period
You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Return Methods

  • Returns are accepted via mail.

  • If your return is due to a defective or faulty product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Faulty Items: We cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Change of Mind: We will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Restocking Fee
We don't change any restocking fee.


Refunds & Exchanges

1. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • We refund full amount

2. Exchanges

  • Defective or faulty items will be exchanged for the same product (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges are only accepted for items in new, unused condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will:

  • Issue a full refund for the purchase price.

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Common examples of faulty items include, but are not limited to:

  • Defects such as holes, unraveled seams, or broken zippers.

  • Damage that occurred before the item was used.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized Products: Items that have been custom-made or personalized.

  • Perishable Goods: Food, consumables, or items with an expiration date.

  • Used Items: Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of use.

  • Change of Delivery Address or Product Variants: Once an item has been shipped, we cannot accommodate changes to the delivery address or product variant.
